All prices and currency are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Custom duties and international taxes
Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. When custom duties and
taxes are included in retail price, this information will be provided as you proceed to payment.
Please take notice that, for certain destinations, custom duties and taxes are not included in retail price. Therefore, these orders may be subject to custom duties payable at the time of delivery. Please consult your local custom agency for more information.
Sales tax
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax.
In Canada, the following taxes apply:
Quebec: 5 % GST and 9,975 % QST on the amount of the purchase for a total sales tax
of 14,975%.
British Columbia: 5 % GST.
Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick: 13 % TVH.
Nova Scotia: 15 % TVH.
Any other Canadian province or territory: 5 % de GST.
Placing an order
You can choose to add or remove items from your bag before proceeding to payment.
When ready to purchase, click on your shopping bag, and then click on “order”. On the payment page, you can choose to create an account and register your payment and shipping information. To place your order, enter all requested information.
Take note that the retail price and currency are determined based on the delivery address. Orders shipped to Canada are invoiced in Canadian dollars, orders shipped to the United States are invoiced in US dollars, orders shipped to Europe are invoiced in euros, orders shipped to Great Britain are invoiced in British pound. All orders shipped elsewhere than to the previously mentioned destinations are invoiced in US dollars.

Payment
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac through PayPal. We will charge only when your order will be packed and ready to ship. If the information about the billing is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you to make the necessary corrections.
Order confirmation
You will receive and email confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If it does not appear in your inbox, check your junk mail. Please contact us at info@nicodesign if you find an error.
Order Status
Please note that we reserve a treatment period of up to two business days from the time you place your order. We will provide you an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Order modification or cancellation
You can request a modification or cancellation of your order by sending us an email at info@nicodesign.ca. Your order will be on hold until our customer service team can review your order.
Sizes
Sizes are displayed on our website in the « products » page. Just click on the Les tailles sont toutes affichées sur notre site Web dans la page « produits ». Simply click on the « Select size » menu to see all available sizes. We understand that choosing a size can sometimes be difficult. Therefore, to the extent that the size is not good at the time of receipt, we accept returns and refunds if the clothing has never been worn and is still bearing labels.
Price adjustement
Excluding coupons and temporary price reductions, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. For an item to be eligible for price adjustment, the same style and the same size must be on sale at the time of your request.

If you want to stay on the lookout for our seasonal sales, new products and promotions, please subscribe to our newsletter. You can subscribe by entering your email address in the « Newsletter – Enter your email…” box at the bottom of the page.
Shipping and handling
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and prices are suject to the rules applied by Canada Post. All purchases of $200 or more before taxes made/delivered within the province of Quebec benefit from free shipping.
Return and refund policy
All returns must be approved before returning items. Just contact our customer service team at info@nicodesign.ca to request a return within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order.
Undergarments, bathing suits and final sale merchandise cannot be returned.
All items must be returned in their original condition with original labels. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. Please note that any item returned in poor condition may be rejected and returned to the customer, at the discretion of NICO design
Refunds will be in the form of original payment. Up to five business days may be required to process the refund after receiving the merchandise at our office. Some financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before funds are returned to your account.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
The return authorization number must be clearly indicated on the package. Also, returns must be shipped using a shipping service with tracking number and insurance, since we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Any returns received without an authorization number, or that do not meet the requirements describe above may be refused, at the discretion of NICO design.
Requests for reimbursement are treated on a case by case basis. Contact us at info@nicodesign.ca, explaining the nature and the reasons of the request.
